Hi! I’m a mom, wife, author, coach, speaker, real estate lover, and unexpected medium.

I've been coaching other business owners since 2007, and have always taken a more holistic approach. If one area of life is off, it impacts all other areas including our businesses. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I was also using my intuition to guide clients with often getting the "tingles" when we were on to something!

My spiritual journey started after losing my Dad unexpectedly in my 20’s. Except it was expected unfortunately. I always knew at a young age he was going to die young. I would cry at choir practice in grade 4 thinking about it. And it didn’t feel like a fear; it felt like a knowing. It was scary. I went as far as to talk to a therapist about it, who told me alcoholics live a long time and not to worry. Wrong.

This was still devastating and it was also only a month after our first child was born. This instigated a lifelong journey of asking what happens when we die, and why the heck are we even here? It led to a career change from insurance to coaching. It led to studying anything I could get my hands on pertaining to manifesting. Quite obsessively to be honest…I was determined to figure it out!

One thing I have truly learned, is that we are limitless. There is much more than what the eye can see, and a whole universe to support us. When are beliefs are aligned, we can truly co-create a life we love. The guidance is there for all of us, and we all have access to it. This is why I'm such a big self-care advocate. It helps us to receive everything there waiting for us.
